Not that long ago mechanical aptitude was all that was required to be a successful mechanic. Nowadays, a person needs to be schooled in gas/diesel/electric powertrains, transmissions, hydraulics, tires, suspensions, brakes, electrical systems diagnostics, computer control systems, CAN bus, HVAC, etc. 

We've taken an automotive technician foundation and built on years of experience in various electro-mechanical systems including PLC controls, DC electronics, harness design, schematic creation and technical support documentation. 

In addition, we have extensive knowledge in AC and DC electric vehicle systems, the LSV/NEV (low speed on-road vehicle) market and custom LED lighting design.

Our project management process involves identifying project objectives, defining the scope of work, creating a project plan, and establishing project timelines. We use project management software to track progress and manage resources effectively. We also conduct regular project reviews to ensure that we stay on track and deliver quality results.

Good faith attempts will be made up-front to clarify costs associated work to be performed, warranties expressed, etc. 

No work will be performed without a basic signed authorization of work. 

It depends on the work to be performed but generally speaking most "standard" jobs are currently billed at $100/hour. 

Some complex work will be billed at $200/hour while other work such as technical product/parts research will be billed at $50/hour. After-hour or emergency work carries a premium charge that will be discussed and transparent prior to work performed. 

Yes. Specific coverages and details can be made available upon request or when applicable. 

Cash is accepted and preferred. 

Personal checks are generally accepted up to $500. Business checks are accepted.

Most major credit/debit cards are accepted with limitations.

PO terms can be discussed but all payments would be due within 30 days, no exceptions. 

Money orders, crypto, and payment apps such as PayPal and Venmo are not accepted at this time.
